What is a 10-day company race-in-a-box?
It is a short workplace step race you can launch with a private StepRacers race, a race code, a Slack or email invite, and a lightweight template. The goal is to get teams moving without turning the challenge into a spreadsheet project.
Does StepRacers include HR reporting or rewards administration?
StepRacers focuses on the part employees actually engage with - the live competition. It handles private team races, live leaderboards, and social motivation, and stays out of your way on admin. For heavy HR reporting or rewards fulfillment, run it alongside your existing wellness platform.
Can we use this for remote or hybrid teams?
Yes. Remote and hybrid employees can join the same private race with the race code and participate from the StepRacers mobile app.
What should our step goal be?

How do employees join the race?

Yes — that's how many teams use it. Subscribe, run a race of up to a month, and cancel from your dashboard's billing page whenever you like. You keep full access until the end of the month you paid for, so the race finishes normally and results stay visible to everyone afterwards.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions renew monthly and you can cancel with one click from your dashboard's billing page — no email, no call. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What happens to our races if we cancel?
Races keep running until the end of your paid period, and existing results stay visible to employees in the app afterwards. Your data is kept, so if you resubscribe later you pick up exactly where you left off.
What if more people join than our plan covers?
Team covers up to 25 racers, Company up to 75, and Multi-site up to 200. If more people want in, upgrade to the next tier from your dashboard's billing page — it applies immediately and nobody gets kicked off the leaderboard mid-race.
