Your company's next team step challenge is a race.
StepRacers turns your team's daily steps into a live, branded walking race — departments battling on a big-screen leaderboard, powered by an app your employees will actually open.

…and teams from 25 to 5000+ employeesWellness programs get ignored. Races get talked about.
Nobody rallies around a pamphlet. Give departments something to win and the whole office starts taking the stairs.
Team rivalries do the marketing
Marketing vs Engineering vs Sales. Live rankings on the office screen mean the challenge promotes itself — in Slack, at standup, by the coffee machine.
Engagement you can measure
Across StepRacers activity, participants average +2,000 daily steps. You get live participation and standings instead of waiting for an end-of-program spreadsheet.
Privacy-first by design
Only step counts are shared — no GPS, no health data, nothing an employer shouldn't see. Legal signs off fast because there's nothing to flag.
Zero admin for you
No spreadsheets, no manual logging, no chasing people. Steps sync automatically from phones; the leaderboard runs itself. Your job is to announce the winner.
Up to 200 people? Your race can be live today.
Check out by card from €99/month — cancel anytime — set up your races in about 10 minutes, and invite the team. Bigger group, or want branding and reporting? That's the demo tier, and it comes with everything on the right.

Your race gets built
Set up your races in about ten minutes — or on the demo tier, we build the branded event page, team structure and launch kit with you. Employees download the free app and join with one race code — no accounts to provision, and any wearable they already own syncs through Apple Health or Health Connect.
Everyone races live
The leaderboard goes up on the office screen and steps count from the first morning commute. Rankings update in real time until the countdown hits zero.
The app your employees will actually open.
StepRacers isn't a corporate tool with a wellness skin — it's a racing game people already play with friends. That's why your participation rate won't fall off a cliff in week two.

What happens when walking becomes a sport.
Platform-wide results across StepRacers activity to date. Customer-specific outcomes vary by challenge length, participation, and team format.
“Our office started a weekly step challenge and it transformed our workplace culture. Everyone is more active — and weirdly competitive about it.”
“I never thought I'd walk 40,000 steps in a week, but competing against my coworkers pushed me to achieve more. The live track makes it addictive.”
“Seeing my progress on the leaderboard keeps me motivated. I've increased my daily steps by 5,000 on average — without thinking of it as exercise.”
Questions HR asks us
Can we try it before we buy?
Yes — run your first race free, with one team. Up to 10 people, no card, straight from the app: create a private race, share the code, and the leaderboard runs itself. If the office talks about it, come back and put the whole company on the start line.
What does a company challenge cost?
From €99/month for teams up to 25 racers, €249/month up to 75, and €599/month up to 200 — card checkout, no sales call, cancel anytime, live the same day. Above 200 people, or if you want branding and reporting, pricing depends on size and format: book a demo and we'll send concrete options within 24 hours.
What data can we see about employees?
Step counts and race standings. That's it. No GPS, no location history, no health metrics. Employees' personal app activity outside your challenge is invisible to you — which is exactly what your legal team wants to hear.
Do employees need wearables?
No. The app reads steps from the phone they already carry, via Apple Health on iOS or Health Connect on Android. Anyone with a smartphone can race; wearables sync through the same health platforms if people have them.
How much admin work is this for us?
About ten minutes of setup, then announcing the race. Employees self-join with a race code and steps log automatically; on the demo tier we build the branded event page and team structure for you. There is no spreadsheet.
Can we get a branded live event page?
Yes — it's a white-labeled page on your own URL, with your logo and colors: live team standings, total steps, a countdown, and a TV mode built for office screens and lobby displays. Works in any browser; nothing to install. The event page comes with the demo tier, where we build and brand it with you. On the self-serve monthly plans, everyone follows live standings in the app instead.
What team sizes does this work for?
Anything from a single team of 10 to 5000+ employees. Under 10 people, the free app with a shared race code honestly works great on its own — we'll tell you that rather than sell you a plan you don't need. From there it's €99/month up to 25 racers, €249/month up to 75, and €599/month up to 200; above 200 we set everything up with you — book a demo.
Can employees keep using the app after the challenge?
Yes — the app is free forever. Many teams keep racing with friends, join weekly leagues, or run their own rematches after the official challenge ends. That's the point: it's a game people keep playing.
